Ana’s 4th Birthday

My oldest daughter’s 4th birthday cake. She was way into princesses at the time & had to have a “castle cake.” The top was a princess castle piggy bank purchased from the Disney Store, princesses included. The bottom was decorated with whipped frosting & embellished with royal icing flowers.

Raspberry Vines

Just having a little fun experimenting with cake flavors & designs. This was a white cake with raspberry buttercream filling, frosted with a whipped frosting & embellished with fresh raspberries.

Ana’s 3rd Birthday

Cake Decorating School

I took the Wilton cake decorating classes at the Michael’s in Walnut. Melanie was a wonderful instructor & still a friend of mine years later!
